The Apartment was new with all facilites needed for a self service trip. It was cloe to a large shopping complex and tube station. However it was still only a 20 min walk to the city centre if needed.
Security don't speak a word of english and were rather unhelpful. Wouldn't let us leave our luggae at the reception for a few hours after we checked out. Even ignored us at the gate of our own apartment as we showed our reservation and pleaded for them to open the gate. Lucky some other pedestrains were more helpful in showing us how to enter the door code.

We had a great stay in Warsaw just off the super nice huge shopping mall, all very modern and lots of eating spots and metro tram and bus station. The staff was pleasant. Apartment's rooms were good with perfect condition like before, very good views, as example. Everything was simply brand-new.

I stayed at Westfield Arkadia P & O Serviced Apartments and I couldn't be happier! The apartment was cozy and had everything I needed, like a fully equipped kitchen and a comfy bed. It felt like a home away from home.
Personally, I wasn't a fan of the plasma TV in the apartment. But hey, it's just my preference.

Unfortunately staying p&o Apartment was horrible. It was different place than fotos showing. It was no same place as where it is as foto.i̇t was more dirty and old building. We paid apartment cost for 7 days , but after staying two days when we come to our apartment in a night we saw our luggages out of the apartment as no safety and door's lock is changed. We can no enter. We called Mr Pierre who is apartment risponsible,he never opened our phone calls. Still it has been no risponding yet.We can never offer this appartment. We condem p&o Apartment and it's personal Mr. Pierre. Please you never go to there to stay . it could be horrible for you.
It was no same as fotos. It was very dirty. It was very bad smelling. There are insects everywhere. Building is very old and bad. They put us out of room instead of paid cost.

I recently stayed at these serviced apartments for 5 days while exploring the city. The location was perfect, with the metro and bus stop just a minute's walk away. The apartment itself was spacious and had a well-equipped kitchen. I loved the silence and warmth of the room, and everything was clean and new. The building had good noise isolation and a security system, and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the owner was helpful and communicative. a very nice place to stay, especially for families with children.
Would be happy to recommend this hotel.

Before you live the hotel you must clean the whole room, and wash sheet and towels. Otherwise you are charged around 100euro. They do not mention this when you make a booking. We e-mailed the hotel after making the reservation asking for details about everything and no one told us about this "little detail"

The location of this apartment is absolutely mind-blowing! It's so convenient and near all the places we wanted to visit. The apartment itself is super comfortable and has all the utilities we needed. The free underground car parking was jaw-droppingly convenient. The communication with the owner was excellent and check-in and check-out were a breeze. We were pleasantly surprised by the small details like the coffee and tea provided, as well as the shampoo and soap in the bathroom. The view from the balcony was beautiful and the modern style of the apartment added to the overall experience. The wifi was excellent and the apartment had everything we could ask for. The only small issue was that one duvet cover wasn't clean, but overall the cleanliness was great. We loved our stay and highly recommend this place!

It was so much fun trying to solve puzzles and find our way out of the room. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the experience even more enjoyable. We also visited the Szczesliwice Ski Slope, which was perfect for beginners like us. The instructors were patient and provided clear instructions, making it a great activity for the whole family.
My wife says that it would have been great if there were more children's activities available at the hotel.

These Westfield Arkadia P&O Serviced Apartments were just perfect for beach lovers like me. The kitchen had everything I needed to whip up a quick meal, and the bed was so comfortable that I had a great night's sleep. The plasma TV was a nice touch too!
The only thing I didn't love was the electric kettle. It was a bit slow, but hey, that's just my personal opinion.
